Our Kerikeri accommodation is just 1km from the centre of Kerikeri township and just a few minutes walk to the historical Stone Store, NZs oldest stone building and known for the first contact between the Maori and the European. The Rainbow Falls walk is on our doorstep following the river through native bush and rock formations to the waterfall.
Kerikeri is a bustling town known for its arts and crafts, wineries , cafes, history, cultural centre, roadside stalls and its half marathon.
Kerikeri is a great location to explore the Bay of Islands (20 mins, boat trips, dolphins, watersports), the West Coast (1 hour, Tane Mahuta the massive Kauri tree, wild beaches) and Cape Reinga (3 hours, the top of NZ!). All are great days out from Kerikeri.
Kerikeri is just a 30- 40 min flight from Auckland or 3 1/2 hour drive.
